Hiding cuts on my thighs?

I am not sure how to hide cuts on my thighs and don't want people to see them. I have to wear shorts and not sure if I should just not wear them or wear boxer briefs and hope they cover them all the way. Maybe wrap them..? Again, not sure. help ploz
