Choosing IEMs

My band is moving to DI only rehearsals. I have a TH500v2, so no problem there. Looking for a good set of IEMs under $200. Play mostly tight funk, don’t care too much about lots of sub bass. Chatgpt has convinced me hybrid is the way to go, but I could be convinced otherwise. What I am looking for in order of importance:

1. Comfort - need max comfort for 3+ hr sessions

2. Sound quality - clear distinction between bass, drums, guitar, vocals

3. Build quality - not using these for gigging (yet) and don’t want to go all out on price

We’ll be running our DI into a Behringer XR18, so I’ll be able to create my own mix.

I fell in to the rabbit hole of youtube videos, but most seem to be directed towards audiophiles, not practicing musicians.
