clavicle reduction surgery is hope revived 😭

so this is my other acc… my main, my friends have clocked it, but i’m still his crush.

anyway, i had shoulder narrowing surgery recently and it has been a game changer, like i would rate this surgery as one of the foundational surgeries now. i no longer have to be scared of wearing oversized jumpers (sweaters) bc my shoulders look like a hanger. inverted triangle is like a bygone era, i can’t remember myself with the old frame. i look even taller (i’m 176cm/5’9”) like my stature is narrower & slimmer, and not as wide-set.

if you’re able to, get it done, highly recommend. the pain was nonexistent bc my surgeon had me on some super strong painkillers, and mobility is restricted for a week to keep things in place. procedure price was $20k, private hospital, meds, meals, plane ticket is probs another $8k ?

my surgeon also does rib remodelling so i’m gonna get my hips done first and balance it out with the new shoulders, then that will determine how much curvature the ribs will be shaped later next year. it’ll be pretty conservative and not a lot, bc i’m currently a size 6/8 aussie sizes. he’s gonna replace my breast implants to the new gen teardrops at the same time…

OMFG it’s like a new updated person, haven’t felt this way since i was 21yo when i finished the Big Five surgeries. this has definitely brightened my future again and resuscitated my hope 🥰
