MFG x4 5070ti vs 9070xt

Hi everyone, I have a question. How relevant is MFG x4 on the RTX 5070 Ti compared to the frame generation on the RX 9070 XT?
I mean—does the added latency noticeably worsen the experience? I’ve seen a lot of people say that both GPUs perform almost the same in rasterization and that FSR4 is only slightly worse than DLSS4, but whenever I look at comparisons with MFG x4, the 5070 Ti pulls way ahead in FPS compared to the 9070 XT.

Right now the price difference between the two is around 250 USD, and if that technology can give me 50+ extra FPS, maybe it’s worth spending a bit more.

For context, I’m currently on an RX 580, so either option would be a massive upgrade. I’m using a 1440p monitor, and I mostly play games like God of War, Hogwarts Legacy, Elden Ring, etc., plus some competitive titles from time to time.

I’d really appreciate your help so I can make this decision soon and buy before the price goes up
