(20F) - How do you stop being insecure over a gentlemanly boyfriend? (20M)

I absolutely LOVE that he’s kind to other women, whether they are friends or strangers. Offering to get them water, borrow his jacket if they are cold, or just general gentlemanly deeds. If he told me he bought an Uber for a drunk girl & escorted her to the car, I’d be so happy.

I just can’t help but be so insanely insecure. My brain can’t help but think, “Wow, he’s getting real chatty with her. He must really like her over me” and I just get upset. It’s ridiculous.

I don’t want him to stop being kind to others because I’m insecure, in fact it would disgust me if he was outright rude to other women for no reason. I just don’t know how to handle these feelings. This is the first genuine healthy relationship I’ve had.
