What is the situation right now

I have to fly out to mumbai from delhi for some reason and was trying to check flights on the same route. All i see are indigo flights. What is going on? Is it okay to go ahead and book, considering they said their flight operations are going back to normal and it’s expected to be like old times by 15th December?
