First time filing after getting married, help!

Hi everyone. I started a job in January 2025 and filled out my on-boarding tax forms as single, but then got married in April 2025. Should my husband and I file as married for this upcoming tax season in 2026? Or do you have to be married for the ENTIRE year to file married??

Also, I make around 55k and husband makes around 70k-80k, should we file jointly OR married but separate??
