How do I book my Sukoon insurance car wash after moving to Abu Dhabi?

Hey everyone,

I got Sukoon car insurance in Dubai, and it includes the 12-car-wash plan. After getting the policy, I moved to Abu Dhabi. About six months ago I went to the Al Ghurair car wash and they told me I need to come with an appointment.

Now I’m not sure how I’m supposed to actually book it. There’s no clear booking link or app that I can find, and I’m unsure whether I should be calling a specific branch or a central number.

Has anyone here used the Sukoon car wash benefit recently?

How do you book your appointment, especially if you’re based in Abu Dhabi?
