Does Dialyn pair well with M2 Ellen?

I’m currently running M0 Astra and M1 Lycaon with M2 Ellen.

Since Ellen at m2 needs more field time and her ult is not the main source of her damage.

Is Dialyn still going to be a big upgrade?
