What's the craziest CFP facr you wouldn't have believed even three years ago?

Imagine telling yourself three years ago these things.

-the college football playoff has expanded to 12 teams. This is perfectly reasonable and expected.

-Indiana is 2 for 2 in making it. Somehow the second most believable statement.

-Indiana will be going into its second CFP as the number 1 seed, and the only undefeated team.

-Boise State and Arizona State both earned top 4 seeds and byes.

-Texas Tech is a team that earned a bye.

-Tulane, and James Madison or Duke has made the tournament.

-potentially Alabama has missed both 12 team playoffs.
