Girlfriend moved away and I’m so sad

My girlfriend moved 1000+ miles away for a new job yesterday morning and I am just so sad and can’t stop crying. We’ve been living together for the past six months and it had been a possibility that she would move because jobs in her field are super limited. I just can’t believe how fast it all went, from her getting the job to three weeks later being gone. I thought I had prepared myself better but I’m just so sad. I’ve done LDR before but they all started that way. This is the first one I’ve been in that had to become one.

I’m so happy that she found something with a great company because she’d been looking for almost a year but I am so sad walking around our shared apartment and all of her stuff is missing.

I know it’ll get better with time and planned trips/visits but I just feel so lonely right now.
