Crown looser after wisdom tooth removal

Got my left side wisdom teeth removed under local anesthesia. The top was done 1st and there was so much pressure that it made my 2nd molar(root canal) and other bottom teeth hurt a bit. Im on day 1 po and i feel my crown trying to come off. It would take some force to remove it but when i bit and touch it,it doesn’t feel secure it also feels really irritatied. I dont have insurance so idk what to do if it comes off. Do i go contact the dentist who removed my wisdoms, or do i go to the person who put them on. I had insurance when i got the crowns last summer btw
