What are you building right now? (I will not promote)

I've been lurking in this community for a while, and I'm constantly amazed by the creativity and ambition here. So I wanted to flip the script and ask: what are YOU working on right now?

Here's why I'm asking: I've realized that some of the best learning happens when you can actually talk to someone who's deep in the trenches of a problem you're curious about. Not just reading documentation or watching tutorials, but having real conversations with people who are building real things.

For me, I'm building Swipe Sense - think Tinder, but for clothes. You swipe through fashion pieces, and our algorithm learns your style to recommend clothes that actually match your taste. We've got AI features baked in that I'm genuinely excited about, but here's where I'm stuck: I'm in this weird chicken-and-egg situation. The app is in beta testing, but I can't get traction on Instagram, which means brands aren't interested in onboarding, which means no sellers, which means... you see the problem. And now I'm getting conflicting advice - some people say "finish building all your AI features first," others say "focus purely on marketing and growth." I'm honestly torn. Do I perfect the product with more AI capabilities, or do I nail the marketing and growth strategy first? How do you even grow an Instagram account from scratch when you're bootstrapping? What makes fashion content actually go viral?

But here's what I really want to know about YOUR projects:
