(Help) New GPU same rig, Display ports not working

While waiting for my new motherboard I got bored and installed the 9070xt on the ASRock x570m Pro4. It has the RX580 GPU currently.

Swap GPU hook up monitors, nothing. Give GPU its own power supply try again, nothing. Rest monitors, nothing. Plug old RX580 back in and it works just fine.

What do?
