My AC fan is stuck on.

I moved into this new home last month and the thermostat fan never shuts off. I tried troubleshooting with ChatGPT, switching out the wires on thermostat and it’s still on non stop. It’s causing the house to get humid and running the electric. Is this a common issue and it could be something simple that I am missing?
