Sapphire Lola Vice 1 in 300

So like how are you supposed to unlock Lola? They are purposely holding them from the card market and might not put them in until after. I know she is in the packs but I’m not trying to pull a 1/300 chance off of basic packs. Do yall know if her odds are bumped or if there’s a better method?
