Which one is the better pedal?

Which is the better pedal, tama ic 600 or sc 310? I am buying my first new pedal and I'm on a tight budget. Does the speed o ring makes it a bit efficient than traditional nylon rings? I also see that the shaft rod joints are better in the ic 600. Help me out guys.
