Is it okay to surprise my husband with sex toys?

Our sex life has pretty much become nonexistent. We keep talking about needing to reconnect, but neither of us ever takes action to move things forward. His default position has always been me on the edge of the bed with him standing beside it, but we got a new, higher bed last year and now he can’t really reach.

We’ve talked about incorporating sex toys and have used them occasionally, but my husband tends to be a bit vanilla. I’ve been considering getting a sex swing, but like many things we discuss, it never actually happens.

Would it be okay to just come home with one?
