Does God judge off of morality or faith (or both?)

This question has sent me spiraling recently.

I’ve seen super nice people that don’t deserve hell at all yet they don’t believe in God, and I’d find it unfair if they were to burn in Hell when they don’t deserve it.

While I’ve seen super horrible people thrive and drive people different from them to die and yet claim to be following God’s word. And it sounds super unfair if they get a pass just for claiming to follow God while those nice people burn for not following.

So my question is, does God judge off morality or faith? Or a mix of both? And can you still get into Heaven if you’re just a good person?
