Low iron palpitations & tension

Guys when did your palpitations go away at what iron/ferretin level did you feel better?? Also did yall feel pressure in your head chest and neck? I bend down to get something and feel a pressure on my chest then head and get palpitations I also still feel tired I cant sleep at night because the palpitations dont let me I cant stand them I get told im fine at the hospital my ferretin was at 20.43 iron at 35 vitamin D at 49 Folic 7.80 Hemoglobin 13.2 b12 617 Rbc 4.56 wbc 5.8 I went to get labs today but won't get them till monday afternoon I just want to feel better I feel horrible like a big tension inside of me its hard
