Bunker Branding issues.

I ordered some of the unsub jump out boys with the side zip back before Thanksgiving (November 22nd to be exact.) and haven't heard anything back about them and when I check the order online it just says confirmed. Anyone ever experience this, I'm unsure whats going on as it's my first time ordering from BB
