Not sure// tw: miscarriage

question/need help

I do want to preface this by saying I do see a doctor on Thursday, I’m just needing advice or something to ease my mind :/ I just hope I’m not violating any rules! My emotions and mostly my anxiety have been all over the place in the past week and I feel totally lost right now.

TRIGGER WARNING: Miscarriage and descriptions:

Everything that has happened has been in the last week. So I took 3 pregnancy tests after my period was a week late, 2 positive and 1 negative. Monday morning I started lightly bleeding (brown/pink) and I’m not sure what it means. Google tells me I need to see an OBGYN or go to the ER and that it could be anything (implantation, miscarriage, chemical, period). I wake up 5am Tuesday to excruciating cramps and heavy bleeding. I go to the bathroom and it feels like everything is gushing out. I go to the ER and they do urine and blood tests and an ultrasound I test positive, but my HCG is registering at 7.5 and they tell me that I am super early into my pregnancy (anywhere from 1-4 weeks). Nothing was picking up on the ultrasound and they could not tell me if I was miscarrying or not bc it was still too early to tell. They tell me to go get bloodwork again in 48 hours to see if my HCG goes up and follow up with an OBGYN. I start keeping a watch out for any clots or tissues when I go to the bathroom and they’re just tiny ones and honestly I’m not sure what I’m supposed to be looking for. I went to get my blood work done on Thursday and the results came back negative for a pregnancy.

My bleeding has subsided and my cramps are coming and going or sometimes it feels like intense pressure. Everything that happened seems like just one bad period. I see my OBGYN this coming Thursday. I have so many thoughts and mixed emotions. My anxiety has been through the roof. Everything seemed to happen so fast. Idk if I am in denial or just confused with everything that happened. I know I’ll see a doctor soon and have confirmation, but I guess I need advice or just somewhere to let all these thoughts out?
