How did you get here? What made you go from tea bags to loose leaf, or from casual drinker to someone with opinions about water temperature?

For me, it was a gift of jasmine pearls from a friend who said “just trust me.” I watched them unfurl in hot water like some kind of tiny magic trick, and the smell alone made me rethink everything I thought I knew about tea. I’ve been chasing that feeling ever since.
