Re-adding a EufyCam 2

Hoping I can explain this succinctly without adding irrelevant/unnecessary info...

I have 3 Eufy hubs running a total of 14 cameras (long story as to why I had to buy a 3rd hub) at a very remote vacation property. Because I was having ongoing connectivity with one camera, I Removed it from one of the hubs hoping to do a full reset on it. I charge the camera to full again, but it will NOT sync to the initial hub. I tried syncing it to another hub...but same. Doesn't sync.

Question is...
How do I re-add a camera that had already been sync'd before, but is not found/recognized when trying to pair again?
