Has anyone made a comprehensive list of the power pack content for gt7?

Id like to know what the events/rules are for all the content before I actually drop $40 Canadian on a DLC. I've been checking for a couple days but guessing it's still too early.

One of the main things I want to know is if I can take a garage car to a track and have a qualifying session before the race starts? (You know something that should have been in the base game but I'm afraid they are still saving it for a future dlc).
