Best national parks to book a BBQ pit?

There are several parks available, from East Coast to Jurong. Looking to do a BBQ for the community and looking for suggestions on parks to book the bbq pit. Seems like weekends are already booked out way in advance, so any recommendations for any other parks that is not too ulu but still quiet enoughwill be appreciated.
