I need advice on what to do

Pretty much this 20 year old college guy keeps trying to contact my girlfriend (he knows her through her sister. Issue is she’s 17 and he’s well 20. I’m here to support her all day and night but the dude just won’t give up, I guess I’m just asking for advice on what to do about it bc he’s so damn creepy
