Krypt kameo bug

I have binding blow talent and i disabled kameo for a few second for my enemy, i do my sp2 on mk2 kitana and he somehow fucking uses the kameo sp2, right after that he uses his kameo and i cant even block it cause the slow moment where you gotta press shield passed in a nanosecond i couldnt press anything, is this a new bug or is it a way of nrs giving the ai cheats at higher diff
