21 min transfer after international flight: IAD-IAH - is there any chance?

I received the dreaded “your flight is delayed due to maintenance” text.

International flight delayed, now estimated to arrive IAD 4:38pm

Boarding for IAH begins: 5:05pm, boarding ends: 5:25pm.

Same concourse, but I’ll need to clear customs (I have global entry), pick up checked bags, drop bags, clear security (I have TSA Precheck) and get to different gate.

Is there any way I can make it?

The delightful “see your rebooking options” link returns “there are no currently available flights within 1 day.”

Lesson learned— I’ll add more than three hours of padding in the future between flights, but please, please, please be kind— what should I do today?
