23F ocd lip picking??

How can i get my lips to heal faster so i can stop picking at them? They are bleeding right now and have hard dead skin coming off of them but i cant stop pulling it off cause its bumpy and uncomfortable although it hurts and starts bleeding when i do pull it off. How can i heal them faster so the cycle can end?
