How to create a custom note type?

I'm struggling to create a note type with many fields and with only one of them being displayed on the front.

I'm using the Basic Note type as the base, deleted its fields and created a bunch of new ones.

However, I can't find where in the interface can each of them be assigned to the front or back of the card.

When testing only the first field appears and after clicking to show the answer, nothing else appears. It remains blank.

Also is there a way to display each of the other fields one at a time?
