Sunshine / Moonlight TV Setup

Hello! I currently am running Batocera on my Pi400 and it is great. I recently moved into a house though and am wondering if I can pair multiple sunshine servers from our pc's to the raspberry pi400 with batocera? We want to be able to stream our own libraries to the tv from our own pc's as well. If I try to pair one of their pc's, it finds mine and says it is already paired. I am tempted to shutdown sunshine on my pc and have one of my roommates then try pairing but I am not sure what that will do.
