My ex sent me a message again or broke no contact again

About a month and a half ago, this happened:

My ex sent me a message and deleted it instantly.
I only managed to read a small part before it disappeared, and this is exactly what I saw:

Then it got deleted.
I honestly didn’t know what to do after that, especially since she was the one who broke up with me, and because of our last conversation where she said we shouldn’t talk or contact each other again so I didn’t say anything back, I didn’t text, nothing.

Then today, early in the morning, she texted me again — and this time I got the chance to actually respond.
For context, I currently have a fever, my temperature is high, and I have final exams this week.

So now I don’t know what to do.

Should I text her tomorrow after her finals and ask her:

"Why do you still feel guilty? Can we at least try to reach some kind of resolution?"
