AW2725DM or XG27ACS for PS5 and MAC

Hello everyone, as mentioned in title, I am currently thinking about buying a monitor for my M1 Macbook Pro(Mentioning the model because I think the first generation of Apple silicon came with HDMI 2.0) and PS5.

After some light research, I narrowed it down to the above two. Can anyone suggest which among the two would be the most ideal choice?

Also please let me know if there are any other better options available.(The Dell G2724D is not available in my country hence I cannot consider it as an option and AOC is pretty much non existent here)
