L vs Liar game arcs

vs (running the gauntlet)

100 million yen: L low diffs.

The reason I have L low diffing is not because he could pull off what Akiyama did, I don't believe his emotional manipulation is potent enough for that. However, 100 million yen is an arc whose rules and limitations are flexible enough to allow multiple win conditions which L would be able to think with his high cognition and the fact he has like 2-3 weeks to think of a strategy. Fujisawa himself is kinda ass as an opponent which makes his job easier.

Minority rule: L very low diffs

His superior reasoning and EP means he'll probably perform better than Akiyama did during the arc and he'll see through Fukunaga's strategy much earlier.

Downsizing game: L very low diff.

Downsizing isn't that hard. The players are dumb which is why the flawed strategy Akiyama used worked.

Contraband: CGEW/L extreme diff

The main reason I have it as this difficulty is because L will be able to abduct the clairvoyance tactic much faster than Akiyama which in itself is massive as the clairvoyance tactic is one of the main reason Akiyama had an advantage later on. L also has much superior EP and STP compared to Yokoya meaning he will have an easier time finding recruits for the real smuggling but the problem is that I don't think L's deception is potent enough to avoid having his schemes seen through by Yokoya and vice versa so it's gonna be a stalemate which benefits L since his main style in outsmarting is being a long term planner and gathering info so given enough time he could MAYBE just maybe pull something to grant him the win.

Pandemic: L high diff

L will probably be able to see through Yokoya's trap at the start and just reveal the scheme to everyone so that way Yokoya doesn't start with an advantage. It's mainly high diff because L's EP is carrying him hard here. He'll be able to immediately identify the infected using this and he can then just set traps for them to show to everyone they're infected. The reason it's high diff is because L still needs to find a way to save the infected and he still has to deal with Yokoya who is himself no pushover

Musical chair: L loses high diff

The Yokoya/Harimoto alliance is pretty much inevitable considering how much Yokoya hates Akiyama and wants him to lose. L doesn't have the tactical abilities to pull off what Akiyama did in canon so the entire game is gonna be L and Yokoya fighting for an alliance with Harimoto which benefits Yokoya as he's better in logical manipulation + Yokoya won't hesitate to throw the game if needed to make sure L loses hence why I think Yokoya will win here but it's gonna be a high diff for him or potentially very high diff.

Bid poker: L loses mid to high diff (-)

Bid poker is too much for L. The limitations in this arc is too much for him to overcome and said limitations means his only real win condition is trying to pull off what Akiyama did in cannon which is mass manipulating the player into one giant alliance. This is something far beyond L's tactical abilities hence why he loses in this arc.

R04K: L loses very low diff.

Yeah this is just unfair for L. R04K in this exemple is many layers above bid poker in difficulty and the limitations he has to overcome. Yokoya's R04K plan is quite literally flawless and pulling off stalemate + emotionally manipulating Yokoya to not intervene is something L cannot do. Very few characters clear R04K.
