THE ACC HAS IMPLODED

Duke has won the ACC Football Championship despite the conference trying to bail Virginia out with a horrendous no-call late in the 4th. We will see tomorrow if the full nightmare scenario unfolds but as it stands Miami’s fate lies in the hands of the committee.

Should no ACC school make, the conference is staring down the barrel of their Waterloo. You think the likes of Miami, Florida State, Clemson, and even North Carolina have been getting increasingly frustrated with how this conference has been run. Duke shouldn’t have been anywhere near the ACC title game but made it between the piss-poor scheduling and convoluted tiebreakers. That is major incompetence from the Conference office. Do not doubt their ability to find a way out ACC, y’all did this to yourselves.
