Issue on ETC Express 2: Moving light patch reappears after reset when powering console off/on

I patched a moving light on an ETC Express 2 console and then performed a reset (cleared the channel attributes and moving light using the clear function).
However, whenever I power the console off and back on, the moving light patch appears again as if nothing was reset.

Does anyone know how to fix this or what I might be doing wrong? Any help would be appreciated.
