Weird rap song that seemed like a spoof but I’m pretty sure it was serious

The rapper I’m pretty sure is Eastern block.

I was watching the music video on YouTube in 2008. I want to say the song was from 2003 though.

I’m pretty sure his name was one word something simple something akin to yung lean.

His rap style was similar to yung lean but he looked like he was in his mid 30s.

A key moment of the music video he releases a pigeon instead of a dove .

Plz halp 🥺
