I think I got someone fired today

Basically what the title says. I think I got a mom of two kids fired today by reporting her for smoking in residents rooms (Vaping) no I don’t feel bad because there is oxygen tanks in there but I hate that I did because I ain’t no snitch. We probably wouldn’t have reported her if she didn’t keep disappearing and neglecting the fact she needed to get her hall up for lunch. We work on a nursing home style setting in a memory care unit and it’s non smoking on the property.
