Would you help me find a movie I saw years ago?

Hi! I know this might be a far cry for help, but maybe someone can help me. I saw this movie years ago, probably in 2015 or before and I'd like to find it. I will try to give you the detailed I can remember, but I'm almost sure this was an indie movie I probably saw on YouTube.

The plot is very basic. There's this couple of gay guys who have a relationship and they've been together because one of them starts going to parties where he meets a blond young guy (a twink) who he cheats on his partner with. At some point they do a threesome and at a moment in the movie the twin rejects a kiss from the guy the morning after a party because his breath smells, they do drugs and sleep together and what not but he kind of realizes he messed up and that's not what he wants.

I think at some point he goes to look for his exboyfriend and the ex says (I could've loved you forever you know?) I think he was in a parking lot. The point is that his ex rejects him since he's trying to move on. At the end of the movie they meet each other at a work party years later, and they sit on a couch and start talking both looking a little more mature.

I know this is a strange detail to mention but I remember one of the actors being a white blond guy and the other guy (the one who plays his boyfriend) is Latino (I might be super wrong).

I know this description was all over the place. But I remember really liking the movie at the time and for some reason I started thinking about it lately and I'd like to watch it again.
