$225 visible or $299 us mobile dark star?

Currently have visible+ not pro. Sometimes it's slow. So I'm thinking whether I should go to the att network but not sure. Att is slow but has coverage. Verizon had coverage and speed but doesn't seem like the case anymore. Thoughts on others what they did in a similar boat?
