22M fixated on an incidental finding

Hi, 22M 1st-year med student here. I noticed two palpable cervical nodes 3 months ago which were deemed benign on USG, but I'm honestly spiraling over an incidental finding. They found a slightly larger 8 mm short axis Level 2B node. The report didn't comment on a fatty hilum, and only stated the 8 mm axis + L/S ratio 1.8. To my extremely amateur eye, there is no clear echogenic hilum in the stills. Is this a worrying sign? I feel completely stuck because the private clinic went out of business right after I went, so I can't even ask the doctor for reassurance. I know I have "med student syndrome" but I'm really anxious. Any help to calm my worry would be appreciated.
