Shocked by my fan ( which was plugged into an old outlet board with my laptops battery plugged in and my monitor and fan )

Hi, i just got shocked. pretty much how it happened was my fans power cord had a little cut in it i think from my chair leg since the legs metal and there was no plastic cap sitting on the bottom of it and my right leg touched the metal chair leg as the left chair leg ( which didn’t have the cap on it ) hit the fans power cord in the spot that had exposed wiring ( i think the chair leg cut it ) i got a zap through my right leg thigh and a zap through my left wrist at the same time i jumped due to being shocked and because of that i got shocked again through my right leg and left wrist now my wrist feels kinda weak and same with my fingers my left wrist has been tingling, aswell as my thumb and pointer finger they both feel weird and have been tingling more then the others it killed all the power boards in my room including the power outlets on my walls. kinda worried wanted to go to the doctors but was told i’d be fine so idk what to do
