My father disloyal behaviour
I'm a preparing for NEET UG since 2020-mostly because of my father's decision, not mine. During these years, I actually qualified for CLAT, DU, and Chandigarh University (Biotech). I wanted to pursue one of those, but my father didn't allow me to take any of them. Instead, he discouraged me from choosing any alternative path and forced me to stick with NEET. A bit about my father: he is short-tempered, selfish, and has been emotionally disloyal to my mother. Since I was in Class 4, he has been having an affair, which is still ongoing. My mother has confronted him many times, but nothing ever changed. Eventually, she just compromised and learned to live with it. He doesn't know that I know about this.
Because I couldn't clear NEET, he constantly insults me-calling me a criminal, a liability, and a waste of life.
Almost every day, he taunts me and blames both me and my mother for disturbing his "peace of mind." All of this has completely destroyed my mental peace. I haven't made a single friend in the last three years, and my own temperament has worsened. Last night, out of sheer frustration and anger, I punched my laptop and broke the screen. I genuinely don't know how to manage my anger or emotions anymore. On top of that, he doesn't let us spend money on anything beyond basic necessities and keeps saying we should save for the future-while simultaneously saying that my future is "uncertain."
I feel trapped, frustrated, and mentally exhausted.
How do I channel all this anger and frustration in a healthy way? Any advice would really help
