Upgrading my Graphics Card before the "storm" recommendations

Heyo fellas,
I was thinking of upgrading my graphics card... I was gonna do it next year but I have heard there's alot of muppetry going on making the prices go up.
I thought I should just do it now before it gets worse...

I was hoping you could help me out with picking one (I don't know much)
I play alot of AAA games eg. Horizon FB, AC Games, Cyberpunk...
I was hoping to get something that is kinda, maybe future-proof and also have RTX Ray tracing. I've been looking into getting the Nvidia GeForce RTX 3060Ti but I'm not sure if that's gonna be "future-proof" enough.
I've heard that I shouldn't go toooo crazy otherwise I could bottleneck it?

My current specs are:

• AMD Ryzen 7 5700X
• 32.0GB Dual-Channel DDR4
• Micro-Star International, MAG B550 TOMAHAWK (MS-7C91) (AM4)
• 4095MB NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1070
• and a few SSDs & HDDs installed
