Before you read: Arlechinno is on deathmatch R1. I am not a fan on any of these chars, in fact i am more on the hater side. I am a little bit biased towrds hutao since i just like when the underdog wins xdd. I know this is just spreadsheet but the difference is large enough for margins of errors and practical gameplay. All chars here are c0r0

The question: Arle has always been stronger than Hutao, why is hutao suddenly better when they use the exact same team.

Arlechinno has always had alot of buffs in her comp: Bennett, scroll, xilonen, citlali, vv, noblesse, totm, iansan, chevereuse, kazuha, ttds, an actual good artifact set in harmonic whimsey.
So in a moonwheelchair team like ineffa and columbina, she is sacrificing alot of her typical buffs for this wheelchair duo, so u won’t see alot of inprovements compared to ur usual overload or citlali melt. (Columbina hydro app is pretty slow so its not recommended to single hydro bina and replace yelan with bennett)

Hutao on the other hand has always been a better vaporize char than arle because of her basically 0 icd charge attacks, and she barely ever had any buffs in her previous teams:
- Can barely use bennett, inasan, ttds, totm and noblesse bc of hp scaling and healing
- Cant vv or scroll bc of how she works
- Cant use citlali bc not enough cryo
- Have acess to xilonen res shred
- Furina xilonen/xianyun is alright but have anti-synergy with her low hp passive
- Her best sets are shimenawa eew and 1/3 of crimson

So she is the perfect candidate for the moonwheelchair duo, in fact she now gains 200 em from ineffa and sms, lowkey more than any buffs she has ever got in a team XD and she finally has acess to a good set in night sky (the nod krai dps set)

TLDR: Arlechinno has to scarifice buffs in her previous teams to make place for the columbineffa duo, while hutao can maximize all the upside.
