Do devices such as bluetooth headphones and iphones damage people with radiation?

For years, my dad has been bugging me with this and I'm sick of it. I can't even wear headphones around him without getting bombarded with "take them off", "it's damaging your brain", etc. Recently, I had my phone in my lap, and my dad told me, and I quote, "please take your phone off of your ovaries". I wish I was lying.

I don't really wanna believe my dad who thinks the earth is flat (wish I was lying about that, too) so I'll ask you guys instead! Will radiation from devices such as bluetooth headphones and a phone do damage to a person's body?
