Ex boyfriend blames me for his drinking habits and his parents poor health.

So, I (21/F) dated this guy in school for three months almost seven years ago. We later broke up because he wanted me to dress according to him and not talk to other guys. Every year, he calls me from different phone numbers on my birthday to wish me well. This time, he said that I made his life 'hell' by dating him and that he was not over me yet. He even accused me of causing his drinking habits and his parents' poor health. He said , How do I deserve to be happy after making his life hell and threatened that he'll make sure that no one dates me. I am not understanding how in the world am I responsible for anything happening to him.
