Is it advisable to use StarBrite for Traditional Golf Trade In Credit?
I got some older clubs. Need to trade them in at a big store for credit. Getting a new driver.
My clubs are clean, but they got normal wear. You know, bottom scratches. Face marks.
Thinking about using some StarBrite or maybe just car wax. Make them look really shiny. Like new-ish.
My main question is
Is doing that even worth it?
The person at the store who checks the clubs... Do they give you more money just because it's super polished? Or are they only looking for big damage, like huge dents or cracks?
Anyone here scrubbed and polished their clubs before a trade in? Did you see the credit number go up? I don't want to spend time cleaning if it gets me zero extra dollars.
Appreciate the advice!
