Really weird dream I just had that felt like a sci-fi novel/movie

I woke up inside this hibernation pod not knowing who I am and where I am. I look around me and it looks like I'm in some sort of hospital room with glass doors. There's a lot of people outside my room walking around that seem to be just as confused as me. In my room I find this screen with a green smiley face on it, I grab a remote and turn it on and learn I've been isekai'd five years into the future. Apparently there was a pandemic because of a really dangerous disease that killed around 10% of the global population, I apparently was in a government program to get basically cryogenically frozen to wait it out. I go outside my room and get approached by this man I instinctively recognize as my father, we hug and I cry a bit. He's just as confused as I am, and we decide to start looking for my mother but she isn't here.

Outside everything looks less like there was a global pandemic and more like there was nuclear war. Everything looks familiar but different, there are entire parts of the city that are just tents and flea markets where buildings use to be. Other parts have really fancy buildings and metro areas that weren't there before. Basically everything feels very dystopian, like in 5 years the poor got way poorer and the rich way richer, and the government took more control and made everything into a pseudo dictatorship.

After getting some vegetables in a market me and my father go into a few shops in my neighbourhood to say we're looking for my mother, but for some reason whenever we mention my mother's name people get really uncomfortable and say they don't know who she is. My father is hopeful but I'm a bit sad, I get the gut feeling she isn't here anymore. We approach a supermarket she used to work in and...then I woke up lol
